1. Service Description

Simple Photo Share ("we," "us," or "our") provides a mobile SMS notification program to help photographers and their clients share event photos, receive session reminders, and access download links via text message. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Simple Photo Share related to your photo session or event.

2. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your activity with Simple Photo Share. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our SMS service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
